• Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delays

•  Mystic marama aims to ship within 24 hours, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Mystic Marama is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence.
